You explore this remote wilderness on exciting game drives day and night and on walks with highly experienced guides. Hwange has a tremendous density of wildlife: over 20.000 elephants, 17.000 buffalos, 5.000 antelopes and 3.000 giraffes were counted here. Explore the South Western Townships – short Soweto – on a guided tour. See the homes of Nobel peace prize winner Archbishop Desmond Tutu and Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, the ex wife of Nelson Mandela. A visit of the Apartheid Museum is very moving, but also very educational as it illustrates the events and human stories that are part of South Africa’s history known as apartheid.
