SOUTH LUANGWA – 2 NIGHTS
South Luangwa is the place where the now famous walking safaris were born. It is one of the finest ways to get close to nature. Learn from your highly qualified and experienced guide about the African circle of life. Flatdogs Camps is a lovely camp offering different type of accommodation. Depending on your budget choose the JackalBerry tree house or the chalet.
SOUTH LUANGWA – 3 NIGHTS
To enjoy the range of scenery and game, we recommend to spending time in two areas of South Luangwa. Lion Camp looks out onto open grassland that is frequented by grazing mammals during day time, and becomes a hunting ground for lions by night. As the camp is not fenced in, game moves freely around the camp. Enjoy some game viewing from the comfort of your private veranda.
LOWER ZAMBEZI – 1 NIGHT
Lower Zambezi is relatively undeveloped. You will be stunned by its absolute state of wilderness. Kiambi Lodge is the perfect place for a close-to-nature experience. Wake up to the sounds of the mighty Zambezi just outside your tent. Enjoy a romantic candle-lit dinner next to the river. Gaze at the glittering scene of splendor at night time.
CANOE SAFARI IN LOWER ZAMBEZI – 2 NIGHTS
A TYPICAL DAY ON YOUR CANOE SAFARI
In the mornings, you will canoe down river with a back-up boat following closely behind. The back-up boat will go ahead for setting-up morning tea and your camp site. Continuing downstream again, another stop will be made for lunch along the way. Nights are spent camping at various points along the river. You sleep in tents with mattresses and bedrolls. Washing facilities are setup for you too. The next morning before continuing further downstream, you will enjoy a cooked breakfast over the campfire. At the end of your canoe safari, you will be transferred back to Kiambi by motorboat. From here you depart to Livingstone.
LIVINGSTONE – 2 NIGHTS
Livingstone is a historic colonial town. The highlight are the mighty thundering Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Wonders in the World. But you can also bungee jump of the Victoria Falls Bridge. Go an a sunset cruise. Take a dip at Devil’s Pool. Embark on a helicopter flight to marvel at Southern Africa’s most spectacular tourist attracting from above.
